Alaska

Unfortunately, we are not able to ship to Alaska currently due to a combination of regulations and shipping constraints.

California

Pinnacle Armory does not ship ammunition to California, not even to FFL dealers or Licensed Ammunition Vendors in the state.

Connecticut

Pinnacle Armory is able to ship ammunition to our fellow shooters in Connecticut so long as they meet the following requirements:

· The ammo purchase must be made by someone at least 21 years old.

· The buyer must provide at least one of the following, which is valid and non-expired: permit to carry a pistol or revolver issued under CT law; permit to sell at retail a pistol or revolver issued under CT law; eligibility certificate for a pistol or revolver issued under CT law; long gun eligibility certificate issued under CT law; or ammunition certificate issued under CT law.

· The buyer must provide a valid, non-expired driver's license, passport, or other government-issued photo ID. Please note, military IDs are not permissible because it is illegal to copy them.

Delaware

Pinnacle Armory can ship ammo to Delaware to persons 21-years-old. Pinnacle Armory requires all Delaware residents to verify their age prior to shipment. This may require you to provide us with a copy of your driver's license or other government issued photo ID showing your date of birth.

Hawaii

Pinnacle Armory is currently not able to ship to Hawaii because of a mix of regulations and logistics limitations.

Idaho

Pinnace Armory is able to ship ammo to Idaho, you just need to be 21 years old. We require all Idaho residents to verify their age prior to shipment. This may require you to provide us with a copy of your driver's license or other government issued photo ID showing your date of birth.

Illinois

Pinnacle Armory can deliver to our fellow shooters in most parts of Illinois. Here's what we need:

Massachusetts

Pinnacle Armory cannot ship ammo to Massachusetts due to the state's strict laws

Nebraska

Pinnacle Armory can ship ammo to shooters 21 years old and older in Nebraska with no known restrictions. However, we require all residents of Bayard, Kearney, and Lincoln to verify their age prior to shipment. This may require you to provide us with a copy of your driver's license or other government issued photo ID showing your date of birth.

New Jersey

Pinnacle Armory can ship ammo to New Jersey, but the process is different for different products. For .223, 5.56, .308, 7.61x51, 7.62x39, .270, .243, 30-30, 30-06, 12 gauge, and 20 gauge ammunition, there is no need for a FOID card because there is no doubt that these products were designed for use in rifles or shotguns and New Jersey provides an exception for these uses. However, for all other calibers we require the following information for all other ammunition sales:

·         - A valid copy of your firearms purchaser identification card OR

·         - A valid copy of your permit to purchase a handgun OR

·         - A valid copy of your permit to carry a handgun.

New York

Due to local regulations, Pinnacle Armory cannot ship ammo to New York City, Buffalo, or Rochester. Fortunately, Pinnacle Armory can ship ammo to the rest of New York State, but we must ship through a Federal Firearms Licensee or what the state calls a "Registered Seller of Ammunition".

Pennsylvania

Pinnacle Armory can ship ammo to Pennsylvania for customers at least 21-years-old. We require all Pennsylvania residents to verify their age prior to shipment. This may require you to provide us with a copy of your driver's license or other government issued photo ID showing your date of birth.

Utah

Pinnacle Armory can ship ammo to Utah with no known restrictions for most customers 21-years-old or older. We require all Hilldale residents to verify their age prior to shipment. This may require you to provide us with a copy of your driver's license or other government issued photo ID showing your date of birth.

Vermont

Pinnacle Armory can ship ammo to Vermont so long as you are at least 21 years old. We require all Vermont residents to verify their age prior to shipment. This may require you to provide us with a copy of your driver's license or other government issued photo ID showing your date of birth
